Bernhardt Furniture Company stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all cushions and leather or fabric upholstery. Additionally, our wood furniture is covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of original shipment to the dealer, ensuring it is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Please note: Certain wood components may have shorter warranty periods, which are detailed separately.

If a defect arises within the warranty period, Bernhardt will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not feasible, an alternative form of compensation may be offered.

This warranty is the sole remedy provided. Bernhardt does not authorize any other person or party to assume additional obligations or liabilities regarding this furniture.

1. Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and damage.
2. Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment and rotate cushions to maintain shape and even wear.
3. Always test cleaning products on a hidden area first before applying to the entire surface.
4. For leather upholstery, dust frequently and clean with a mild non-detergent soap and water solution.
5. Do not use polish, oils, or harsh chemical cleaners on leather.
6. For spills, blot gently,do not rub-to avoid spreading the stain.
