Frequently Asked Questions

How does the battery pack work?

We are pleased to stock battery packs as an purchasable accessory to our power furniture. They are not meant to serve as a replacement to your power cord, but are available for your convenience. Each battery pack should last for approximately 200 cycles or 3 days, but results will vary based on usage. For best results, do not use the built-in USB port to charge any devices while your furniture is running on battery power, as this will cause the battery pack to drain more quickly and may reduce the life of the battery pack.

Lithium ion batteries should never be allowed to fully discharge, as this will render them unusable. Charge your batteries regularly to ensure that they remain functional. Each battery pack takes approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge, but your results may vary.

Please direct any further questions about battery packs to our customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.

How does the power button work?

7 Button Panel:

The top two buttons open and close the recliner. The bottom two buttons adjust the headrest. The "M" button is the Memory button, which shifts to a previously saved position after being held down for a few seconds. The middle oval button is the home button, which returns the piece to its folded, unadjusted position. The small, top middle button is pushed down to turn on Bluetooth and USB functionality. Pressing it again will turn these off.

What cushions are included?

  • We produce three different types of cushions: attached, loose, and tight back.
  • Attached cushions are defined and separated from each other, but attached to the frame and cannot be removed.
  • Loose cushions are separate, individual cushions that can be removed from the frame.
  • Tight cushions mean the back or seat is one piece, with no defined or separated cushions. Tufted backs and smooth backs fall into this category.
  • If you have any further questions about what type of cushions will be on your piece, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
